How seats are counted
- Seats are the number of people you name as managers.
- Members are free, up to 25 per seat. So the minimum is members ÷ 25, rounded up, and at least one seat.

AI usage
- AI usage is included in the seat price. There is no separate charge for AI.
- Each month your company gets an AI allowance sized by its seats, shared across the company. Unused allowance doesn't roll over.
- When 80% of the allowance for answering questions is used, answers switch to a faster model. At 100%, the bot stops answering questions until the next period starts.
- Briefs, ✅ / ❌, and DM commands keep working even when the allowance is used up.
- Admins are notified at 50%, 80%, and 100% usage. You can change these thresholds.

Pricing questions
Do we pay for people who aren't managers?
No. Members are free, up to 25 per seat.
Can we change the number of seats later?
Yes. Naming or removing managers in the admin console changes the seat count.
