Privacy policy (this website)
This page explains how the Matin website handles information you give us. For companies that sign up, the terms and privacy policy provided with the contract govern their data.
What we collect
- Your name, company, email address and message when you message our team, book an online consultation, or join the waitlist
- Questions you ask the site assistant (used only to answer you, not stored)
- Abuse checks (Cloudflare Turnstile) and counts of submissions. Counts are kept by a one-way hash of the connecting address and deleted after 7 days
Why
- To reply to your enquiry or message
- To tell you when the service opens, if you joined the waitlist
- To arrange your online consultation and send confirmations
- To prevent abuse of the website
- We never send newsletters without your consent, use your information for advertising, or sell it.
Service providers
- Cloudflare (United States): hosting, form handling, booking records, abuse checks
- Resend (United States): confirmation emails and emails to our team
- OpenRouter and AI providers (United States and elsewhere): the assistant's answers. We only use providers that neither train on the data nor keep it after processing
How long we keep it
- Booking records: deleted 90 days after the meeting
- Messages: kept in our mailbox until we have dealt with them and no longer need them
- Questions to the assistant: not stored
